Total Delivery time: Standard - Not tracked – 3 to 6 business days (fees applies)

Express Delivery - Tracked - Next business day - Only for orders placed by 10:00 am, Monday to Thursday, they will be delivered in 1-2 working days, excluding Saturdays, Bank Holidays and any other celebrations in the UK. (fees applies) Express Delivery is available only for England, Wales and Scotland!
(1) The shipping time mentioned above refers to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.
(2) Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any Public Holidays.
(3) These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
(4) We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, customs issues, and any other event beyond our direct control.
(5) Expedited shipping cannot be used for PO Box addresses.
All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the time of purchase. Please be aware that Expedited shipping cannot be used for PO Box addresses or abroad of the UK. We shipping the orders only to England, Wales and Scotland addresses. If our delivery partners cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason, please contact them and follow their instructions to arrange the delivery again. In case you are not able to receive your item more than once and if you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 15 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery and other charges we have incurred.
Most of the orders may be required a signature from a person aged 18 and over to receive the order and you will be responsible for the product(s) as soon as they are delivered.
If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature from a person aged of 18 and over may still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.
IN CASE OF LOST PACKAGE(S)
We always sent via secure courier service partners. Please get in touch with us if your delivery time is past and you do not receive your order. For contacting use contact form on the website or over the email us. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 5 working days, after the delivery time past an insurance claim cannot be made and the customer will be unable to claim any loss from PazarWise Ltd.
