  • Copy of the receipt (or invoice)

  • What is the main reason for returning the item?

  • We do not proceed refunds for wrong ordered sizes - If this is the case, we can exchange it (if we have the correct size) or exchange for another item. Return the item to the address given you on the time of refund procedure including prepaid envelope to return your new item to you. Before processing the exchange your item will be checked and if it is in the same saleable condition as when purchased unused, in good condition (item and package) we will send you the new item in your prepaid envelope. If the item has been used, not in the original packaging or damaged, we will contact you before further action.

  • Before proceeding the refund, we will check the item and if it is unused and in the same condition as when purchased we will proceed the refund as soon as possible.

  • Kindly note that PazarWise Ltd does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved or fragrance sale and customized pieces.

The guarantee does not cover any loss or damage caused by delivery partners (if this is the case, please contact the delivery partner instead). The guarantee does not cover any loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover branded products owned by other companies. For them please contact the brand company direct. The guarantee is not transferable to other items or persons and does not affect your statutory rights.
